Listen here

On this week's episode, Sam and Teresa interview Xenia Rubinos over a cup of caramel apple cider. Xenia is a Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter whose sound draws influences ranging from Caribbean rhythms to minimalism and indie rock. In 2016, she released her album Black Terry Cat to critical acclaim and was named the 11th best album of 2016 by NPR. On October 15, Xenia released her third project Una Rosa. Xenia talks to Teresa and Sam about listening to old music tapes, playing around with electronic sounds, as well as dressing up as grapes for Halloween.
